Although a few more games were provided for free for Xbox Live Gold subscribers for December 2014, gamers are already speculating what is in store for them in January 2015.

Jack Media through its YouTube account shared a number of titles that might appear for January 2015 Games with Gold. The short video features a few exciting titles, although these are all unconfirmed at the moment. Similar to Xbox Live releases in the past several months, the upcoming list will feature old titles, playable for either Xbox One or Xbox 360.

The video first predicted that the first "Metro" might be included in the list, as well as "Far Cry 3," for Xbox 360. Metacritic reported that "Metro 2033" is a first-person shooter game developed by 4A Games. The story is set in post-apocalyptic Moscow, Russia in 2033. An entire generation was born and survives underground. The main character is forced by a fateful event to go on a mission into the Metro system where mutant horrors await.

"Far Cry 3" is an open-world shooter game developed by Ubisoft Montreal based on another report by Metacritic. The story revolves around Jason Brody, a person trapped on a mysterious tropical island. Being an open-world game, players have the choice to determine how the story develops and ends. The character will shoot, spy and blow enemies on sight as well as make allies in the savage land.

Jack Media continued that there could be a couple of larger games as well as an indie game like "Moto Madness" for the Xbox One. "Moto X Madness" is a motocross action game. Players have to complete every fast-paced course, committing as few errors as possible. Racers will have to focus on speed as well as perform a number of tricks and stunts.

The narrator said, "On the Xbox One, it's pushy crap. We usually just get games that nobody every downloads and nobody likes. So we usually get indie games on the Xbox One because all the old games, they can't process it because they don't have them."

On GameFaqs.com, gamers also predicted that "Killzone: Shadowfall" and "Tomb Raider" are likely to be featured as free games for Xbox Live Gold subscribers for Xbox 360. Metacritic also reported that "Tomb Raider" is an action adventure game developed by Crystal Dynamics and revolves around Lara Croft, a female explorer who attempts to uncover the secrets of a mysterious island. "Killzone: Shadowfall" is a first-person shooter where the main character serves as a Shadow Marshal with the responsibility of striking the balance between the Helghast and Vektans in a futuristic city, based on a report by Game Spot.
