Korean rapper and pop singer PSY’s popularity shows no chances of slowing down as parody videos and covers are posted onto YouTube almost daily. This week, four videos based on the star’s international hit, “Gangnam Style,” dominated the video sharing site’s most popular videos.

All the videos, including two that featured the singer himself, were published within the last week. The most popular of the videos, called ‘Surprise! Britney Learns ‘Gangnam Style’ from Psy!’ has garnered over 21 million views. The other three videos, including ‘Gangnam Style- USNA Spirit Spot,’ ‘PSY and Gangnam Style Take Over New York City’ and ‘Gangnam Style Drum Cover by Matt Harwood-Jones,’ have an average of one million views.

Two of the ‘Gangnam Style’ inspired videos have become popular most recently. The New York City take over video, which as of Wednesday had 1.3 million views, was produced by KTU radio and features web personality @PaulWebGuy and Psy himself. Viewers are not only greeted by a random appearance by the star but are given a mini tour of NYC, including the tourist-popular Times Square.

Perhaps the most unique take of the ‘Gangnam Style’ videos is the drum cover by performer Matt Harwood-Jones. Harwood-Jones’ video has amassed over 800,000 views in just four days and is listed among the top five most popular videos on the site.

With its increasing popularity, ‘Gangnam Style’ has probably not seen the last of these parodies or covers. The hit single has reached the No. 1 spot on iTunes’ Top 100 Songs and Top Music Videos and has over 200 million views on YouTube.
