Fans of cop-show ‘Hawaii Five-0’ are in for a season filled with guest stars, interesting plot twists and loads of action. The show, which will premiere on September 24 for its third season, will feature the long-awaited arrival of Doris McGarrett (Christine Lahti).
The first promo released for the new season shows just what type of drama-filled action the team will face this upcoming season. According to TV Guide, Doris McGarrett’s, or “Shelburne” as she was known during season two, arrival will trigger Wo Fat (Mark Dacascos) mission to get her. It will ultimately be up to her son Steve (Alex O’Loughlin) and his team to protect her.

The season two finale left fans wondering whether Kono (Grace Park) would survive her deadly push into the sea. Photos released by CBS show that Kono does somehow manage to survive and will appear in episode two, set to air on October 1, TV Line reported.
Season three will enjoy a slew of new guest stars, including rapper T.I, actors Arielle Kebbel, Robbie Amell, Ving Rhames and one of the youngest members of the Jenner-Kardashian clan, Kendall Jenner.
According to TV Line, the rapper will take part in a series of flashbacks by Jersey-based Danny (Scott Caan) and his partner in 2001. Actor Ving Rhames will also appear in a series of flashbacks by Danny where the two will battle, which according to CBS’ official Twitter feed is “going to get bloody.”
90210 actress Arielle Kebbel and former ‘Revenge’ actor Robbie Amell will play a couple who, according to TV Line, visit a fortune-teller’s home and face what a source described as “devastating consequences.”
‘Hawaii Five-0’ returns for its third season on September 24 at 10 p.m. on CBS.
