Child-star Amanda Bynes just cannot seem to stop getting into car accidents lately. The 26-year-old actress allegedly lightly tapped a vehicle Thursday night while driving on a suspended license, Hollywood gossip site TMZ reported.

Bynes has had several run-ins with police in Los Angeles over the past couple months and was also photographed smoking what appeared to be a pot pipe while behind the wheel on Tuesday. TMZ reported that the actress was photographed taking multiple hits from the pipe in two different parking lots.

According to E! Online, the actress was pulled over on Sunday for driving without her headlights on after being charged with driving under the influence on June 5. The charge stems from an April 6 arrest, when Bynes ran into a police cruiser and refused to submit to a chemical test at the time of her arrest. As TMZ noted, refusing to submit a chemical test results in automatic license suspension in California.

E! Online reported that the actress's next court hearing is set for September 21 and will address "conditions of her freedom and her bail." While Bynes was not ordered to be present at her next court hearing, Judge Marsha Revel told E! Online, "It would seem like Ms. Bynes would need to be here in court on that day."

Bynes was also charged with two counts of misdemeanor hit and run by the Los Angeles City Attorney for incidents that occurred on April 10 and August 4. According to E! Online, she will be arraigned for those charges on September 27 and faces up to six months in jail and/or a $1,000 fine for each count.
