A lot of fans around the globe are excited for the onscreen adaptation of E.L. James's erotic novel, "Fifty Shades of Grey", and set photos have just been released showing Jamie Dornan as the sexy Christian Grey.
Dornan looked hot, hot, hot in a grey suit for the film reshoots last Monday in Vancouver, Canada. His co-star, Dakota Johnson, on the other hand, was spotted in a very Anastasia Steele-like getup: she wore jeans and a cardigan.
The actor, who was clean-shaven for his role, looked different from when he arrived in the city the day before, as noted by the Daily Mail. He was spotted jetting into Vancouver with a scruffy beard and a brown sporting jacket, along with his wife, Amelia Warner and baby daughter.
50 shades of controversy
During the movie's trailer release in July, the public first witnessed how Jamie proved that he's the best choice for the sexy Mr. Grey character.
But according to Gossip Cop, the trailer was met with a lot of controversy, riling up conservative groups that blasted the book as well as the film adaptation for their alleged promotion of sexual violence.
In case you are unaware of the story, the plot revolves around sex practices that involve bondage/discipline, dominance/submission (BDSM) between a recent college graduate, Anastasia Steele, and a young millionaire, Christian Grey.
The Daily Mail noted that Dornan and Johnson have already started promoting the film, appearing on The Today show in July where they talked about their love scenes.
Dakota revealed, "It's not, like, a romantic situation. It's more, like, technical and choreographed and less ... it's more of a task."
Dornan feigned dismay about his co-stars assessment, but pointed out that they do have undeniable chemistry to pull off their characters' sexual relationship. He said, "That's a big part of it ... having trust. Because, you know, we got ourselves into situation."
"Fifty Shades of Grey" will premiere in theaters on February 13, 2015.
