More than a month after the release of its PC version, the life simulation video game "The Sims 4" will soon be available on Macs.

Producer Ryan Vaughan of Electronic Arts (EA) confirmed that the video game will have a Mac version soon, during an interview with the International Business Times.

"We are working on a Mac version right now. It's something that our players really, really want so that's in the works. Where we go from there is really open for question right now. We're taking a lot of feedback and adding a lot of stuff in the game," Vaughan said.

But the EA producer did not disclose any specific date for the release of the Mac version of "The Sims 4."

'The Sims 4' coming to PS4 and Xbox One?

The Sims 4 official website stated that in addition to the PC version, "The Sims 4" have also been made available on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

So, will the game arrive on Xbox One and Playstation 4?

Vaughan kept mum on this rumor but one gamer at the Gamefaqs discussion board postulated that since "The Sims 3" made it to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 why wouldn't "The Sims 4" be on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One?"

That's a question that hopefully, folks at EA will be able to address soon.

'The Sims 4' Gameplay

When 'The Sims 4' official gameplay trailer was released in August, the video game came with the hype: "New Emotion. New Tools. New Sims. Come to Life in The Sim 4."

Players can create a Sim character and explore various personalities which more or less determine how the game plays out. Sims are capable of multitasking too. Their moods can also affect the gameplay.

Polygon states that "The Sims 4" gives players new tools to be able to dominate over the lives of an entire community.

The video game also features new room-customization tools, a surprisingly powerful Gallery, and a rundown of the emotions that govern the Sims' every interaction, Polygon added.

Additional social features have also been incorporated on "The Sims 4" including importing Sims and houses other players have made into one's game, which impacts the world around the player's Sims.
