The latest movie posters for the upcoming "Mockingjay" film appears to be a forewarning that we would be expecting an epic battle of proportions between the Capitol and District 13. A series of images from the movie showed stars Liam Hemsworth and Natalie Dormer in battle gear, Wired said. It could be recalled that Hemsworth's Gale character and the other Panem rebels had saved Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) from being captured by the Capitol after she destroyed the entire Quarter Quell arena.

Hemsworth and Dormer, who plays Cressida in the series, has been joined by her camera-crew of brothers Castor (Wes Chatham) and Pollux (Elden Henson), Katniss' bodyguard Boggs (Mahershala Ali), and Cressida's assistant Messalla (Evan Ross). The posters looked different when compared to the monochromatic color schemed propaganda purportedly from the Capitol. All actors are seen looking wistfully either to or away from the camera, and majority of them are holding some very serious firepower. Their protective chest armor and dark clothing reflected the somber mode of the poster series, as Katniss' Mockingjay emblem is flashed on the background.

Vanity Fair said that the posters were a relief for Gale's cinematic fans, who have long been eyeing for Hemsworth's resurgence in the role ever since he has been relegated in the background in the earlier films. Although the books have already dictated Gale's chance at finding love with Katniss, it could be sensed that he would be playing a major role in the last two films of the movie franchise based on the Suzanne Collins books.

Daily Mail said Gale, along with the rest of the five warriors featured in the posters, would be helping Katniss to inspire people to revolt and save the districts from the Capitol rule, with the symbol tapping Cressida's band of documentary geniuses and boydguards to document their efforts against the tyranny of President Snow (Donald Sutherland).

When Hemsworth was interviewd by Screenrant about his upcoming films, he said about his increased presence in the "Mockingjay" films, "At this point I'm happy to be part of something special. As an actor I like to choose scripts that I'm passionate about... As an actor I'm always on the lookout for good scripts, things that are interesting and different, and this combines romance and action - you get to do it all. I want to do as many different emotions as I can."
