Nokia unveiled its highly anticipated Lumia 920 this week and consumers around the world are clamoring for a peek. The specs are out but other details are still up in the air.
According to reports from Reuters, who cited sources at European telecom operators, the actual release date for the phone will be in November and an unnamed source at The Verge says specifically November 2nd, although Nokia hasn't made any official announcements. Pricing for the handset hasn't been released yet, but Nokia has announced specs for the phone on its Web site.

The Windows 8 phone has a display which, at 4.5", will feature sculpted 2.5D glass, a 15:9 aspect ratio, refresh rate of 60 Hz and boasts Corning Gorilla glass. The display technology is PureMotion HD+. The phone utilizes a the Snapdragon S4 dual-core 1.5 GHz processor, which optimizes gaming and photography capabilities. It has GPS Navigation functionality including speed limit warnings. Music features include Dolby headphones, music and media player and audio streaming. The Lumia 920 is also made of up to 60 percent recycled materials.
In terms of camera capabilities, the phone utilizes PureView picture and video technology and boasts a Carl Zeiss lens with 4x digital zoom. The 8.7 megapixel camera resolution comes in at 3264x2448 pixels and includes features like touch focus, landscape orientation, geo-tagging and still image editing. For video camera qualities it has 1920x1080 pixels and digital zoom. Supported light environments include cloudy, fluorescent, tungsten and daylight. The phone has YouTube browsing and video streaming capabilities and video recorder, video call, video sharing and video player features. TechCrunch reports that Nokia's Jo Harlow calls the handset the "best smartphone camera" out there today and provides "better than HD resolution."
