The new extended trailer of the latest film adaptation "The Fault In Our Stars" might just have viewers scrambling for tissue.

The young adult movie based on the bestselling novel of John Green has established fans and loyal followers as they wait for the love story between Hazel Grace and Augustus Walters unfold on the big screen. This time, the extended movie trailer features key scenes from the book itself, US Magazine writes.

Some of these tear-jerking scenes include Augustus' explanation on why he keeps on carrying an unlit cigarette, the egging of the car of Isaac's ex-girlfriend and the Amsterdam date. This is just proof that the movie version has maintained most of the events in the original scenes narrated in the book.

"The Fault in our Stars" film adaptation will showcase Shailene Woodley as Hazel Lancaster and young actor Ansel Elgort playing the character of beau Augustus Walters, according to Big News Network. Its plot revolves around the 16-year-old Hazel who is a cancer patient. It is in a support group meeting that she meets the character of Augustus who is a cancer survivor and an amputee all at the same time. The best part of it all, they fall in love.

As the movie's debut is set to happen on June 6, 2014, many of the story's fans can't help but talk aggressively online on how the bestselling novel will be adapted and interpreted on the big screen. Of course, it's the tragic part of the romantic love story that will have everyone grabbing their tissues. Fans are also warning that movie-goers should be ready for the story's most heart melting moments.

The new "The Fault in our Stars" extended movie trailer also presented quotes that were taken word per word from the book like "I fell in love the way you fall asleep, slowly and then all at once," Time states. Aside from bringing its fans total goosebumps and tears ahead, its newest movie trailer is also the most light-hearted version any John Green fan gets to see.
