One of the latest Samsung Galaxy Note 4 news includes the update that the Korean tech may just have its first ever smartphone to have a three-sided YOUM flexible OLED display.

The leaked information was shared by a certain Korean media outlet, with a photo that shows the phone's three sides bent to the right and left sides, paving way for extra zones that will show off messages and other notifications, according to GSM Arena.

Samsung once showcased such a YOUM feature prototype in 2013 through a demo clip. A Samsung representative also confirmed back then that an upcoming gadget of the Korean tech giant will come out in a brand new form. This was mentioned during a Reuters interview of Samsung VP Han-kil Yoon.

IBT reports that since the YOUM feature skipped the Galaxy Note 3 and the Galaxy S4 models, this strengthens the possibility that it could be implemented on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 4. It can be recalled too that before the GS4 debut happened in March 2013, Samsung already presented the YOUM display technology in Las Vegas' CES 2013 event.

The possibility of the three-sided feature can certainly make users navigate the upcoming Note 4 easily, no matter which angle they may choose to use or view it.

Other rumored Samsung Galaxy Note 4 features include that of the new generation Galaxy Note to be made in a premium kind of hardware, both for its interior and exterior parts, states BGR. It is also expected to have a 2k display resolution, 64-bit processing chip, the Exynos or the latest Snapdragon CPU, 4GB, and will be dust and water proof too.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 release date is anticipated to happen on September given that the company will remain true to their original release date traditions yearly.
