Will Arnett has finally filed for divorce from wife of 9 years, Amy Poehler, reports TMZ.

The outlet cites court documents which allegedly show that the actor has made their separation official. Us Weekly reported 19 months ago that the two are calling it quits, though a rep maintains that the separation was "amicable."

According to TMZ, Will Arnett is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their two children. The "Arrested Development" actor and the "Parks and Recreation" actress have two sons, Archie aged 5 and 3-year old Abel. TMZ adds that Arnett also wants visitation rights.

The 43-year old actor has reportedly been dating Hollywood producer Erin David after a brief romance with celebrity chef Katie Lee, says Us Weekly in another report. "Will and Katie Lee fizzled. He lives in LA, she lives in NYC. [Erin] produced one of the shows or a film he was in. She produced a lot of Lorne Michaels stuff," an insider revealed to the outlet.

On the other hand, Amy Poehler is allegedly dating comedian Nick Kroll, reports People. The New York Post says that the two were spotted out on several occasions, including a dinner out at Pikey Café and Bar in Los Angeles and at the Worldwide Orphans Foundation charity.

The two are seemingly as busy in their careers as they are in their romantic lives. Poehler has recently been confirmed to be in final negotiations to co-star with Tina Fey in "The Nest," notes BuzzFeed. On the other hand, Will Arnett will be playing the role of Vernon Fenwick in "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles," as confirmed by ScreenRant.

The actor revealed his role in the reboot film, telling Zap2It:

"In this version, Vernon is April's cameraman, so they work together as opposed to being her adversary. He's a little reluctant when she starts talking about [how] she found these vigilantes and they're turtles and all this stuff and he kinds of looks at her like she's crazy. Once the action gets going and she kind of gets in trouble, Vernon steps up and helps her and then he becomes part of it as well. He helps April help the Turtles... There's some really great action sequences that I'm super psyched for people to see. They were really fun to shoot; very physically demanding... I'm not going to say I'm an action star, but it was fun being in it."

"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" hits theaters August 8, 2014.
