On Monday March 17, an earthquake of 4.4 magnitude on the Richter scale hit the city of Los Angeles, causing panic at early morning. Nonetheless, the news that made the headlines was the KTLA’s news anchors, whom were captured at the exact moment of the earthquake. The video went viral on Internet.

The earthquake was centered 6 miles north-west of Westwood, about 15 miles northwest of downtown Los Angeles at 6:25 a.m., as reported by the U.S Geological Service, quoted by CNN. The authorities didn’t report any damage or casualties.

At the moment of the earthquake, KTLA’s news anchors, Chris Schauble, Megan Henderson and Eric Spillman were broadcasting live showing their instant reaction of panic, later protecting themselves under their desk.

The video, posted on YouTube, has millions of views.
