It seems like "Pirates of the Caribbean 5: Dead Men Tell No Tales" will not be happening anytime soon. Veteran actor Ian McShane, who played Captain Blackbeard in the series, is doubtful of whether or not Walt Disney Pictures can meet its new 2016 release date.

In a YouTube post, he said that "They keep announcing and they keep putting it back."

He also joked that the star of the franchise, Johnny Depp, may be too expensive for the sequel. After all, Depp was offered a whopping $60 million to reprise the role, as reported by Metro UK.

Meanwhile, Depp has been playing mentor to a very famous neighbor. It has been reported by RTE  that the One Direction singer has found good advice from Captain Jack Sparrow on how to cope with being a superstar.

An insider for the site said, "Harry is in total awe of Johnny and looks on him as his ultimate hero, while Johnny sees Harry as a younger version of himself. Each of them has had to deal with being one of the most famous people in the world and have a lot more in common than you might expect."

Sugarscape.com reported that apparently, Depp and Styles started their friendship when One Direction performed for a private gig at his house and Style stole a bar of soap. Their friendship became genuine when Styles sent Depp a text to ask if the two of them can hang out while he's in the States.

This info still needs verification, though, as entertainmentwise.com said that the two have been friends when Depp was living next door to Styles London late last year.

Unfortunately for Styles' fans, there has been no word on whether or not he will be in Pirates of the Caribbean 5. The cast to join Depp, include Geoffrey Rush and Keith Richards, who will both reprise their roles as Barbosa and Captain Teague, according to the Daily Mail. Penelope Cruz, who starred on "On Stranger Tides" as the fiery Angelica Teach, will not be taking on her starring role, but may have a cameo on the film.
