Ladies have more reason to swoon when it concerns "Magic Mike" actor, Alex Pettyfer. The actor is definitely not gay, but when he talked about perfect dates and Valentine's day in Cosmopolitan U.K., it almost seems like he knows so much about what women want, and there is no way ladies can keep themselves from swooning.

In the March issue of Cosmopolitan U.K., he admits to men being equally sensitive as women, saying, "Guys are as sensitive as women, I think.  Men and women are not that different -- we just want to feel loved as well. I don't believe in the Mars/Venus nonsense."

Being romantically linked with co-stars from his previous film projects (Diana Agron from "I am Number Four" and Riley Keough from "Magic Mike", according to E! News), he also talked about his preference to conventional courting methods, opting for movies and dinner for a first date. He shared, "I really like the traditional movie-and-dinner date.  There are all those excited new feelings when you're in the cinema-you're looking at each other, but trying not to. I can think of about five dates when I couldn't even tell you what we were watching."

What about the big V-word, though? Like any other person, he admitted, "If I have someone special, then I love Valentine's Day. If I don't, I have to admit I am pretty miserable."

Fast forward to his plans for the future: Pettyfer did not have qualms about quitting school when he was fifteen, sharing to the magazine that he loved being financially stable as an actor, because the chiseled actor wants to  settle down and have a family of his own one day.

"I've always wanted to be a young dad. Had I stayed at school, I'd only just have finished university and started working. I wouldn't have much financial stability, so I'd probably end up having kids later, whereas I can see myself doing so at maybe 29 or 30," he shared.
