With the steady succession of troubles Justin Bieber is currently facing, it appears that an heir apparent should be waiting on the wings ready to take his place - just in case.

If ever there's such a person, that would probably be American pop crooner Austin Mahone. And his "Mahomies" is sure to be right there clapping and chanting his name to reinforce his potential.

So far, the 17-year-old heartthrob has been "living up to expectations," the Daily Mail observed. One of those is the ability to go about his business in public without a top on, just like Biebs.

However, it appears that this shirtless look is not a personal stunt - he's been recently spotted shooting a FlavorSplash commercial sans any shred of cloth on his torso.

Alright Mahomies, that's your cue to scream right now!

It also appears that Justin's heir apparent has the body for it, as he's fit and toned, as well as confident, while doing his bit in front of the cameras.

Speaking of which, Austin will be appearing in an episode of 'The Millers' later this year. Will Arnett of 'Arrested Development' fame stars in the sitcom. MTV reported that he will be in a "flashback scene," playing "a younger version of Adam (Nelson Franklin), who is Will's brother-in-law."

Will he be appearing without a shirt and showing off his fit and photogenic physique in this particular episode?

As of press time, the show's representative has not given further details about the upcoming guesting stint. So hold your horses for now, Mahomies. We'll get to the bottom of this soon enough.

Right now, console yourselves with the fact that the fast-rising pop star will be releasing his debut album later this year. Recently, he talked to MTV about what to expect from his upcoming studio effort.

"There's some really cool ballads, maybe a couple really good collaborations," he revealed. "You just got to wait and see for yourself and get it when it comes out."

"I want my first album to just be crazy, like, 'Aw man this kid is like, this came out of nowhere, he's got an insane album,' so, I mean, I've worked with so many talented producers and so I just want to pick the right songs for it," he said in closing.
