International Business Times recently confirmed that the rumored Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has been approved by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

The tablet, one of four that Samsung may launch early in the year, with the model number SM-T320 is in the upper mid-range or high-end tablet segment. In a report made by Phone Arena, the device sports an 8.4-inch screen with Bluetooth LE and Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac. Other features include a camera flash on the back of the device.

In another report by SamMobile, Samsung may introduce three variants of its flagship Galaxy tablet in the first quarter of the year alone. These tabs are the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 (SM-T320/T325), Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 (SM-T520/T525) and Galaxy Tab 3 Lite (SM-T110/T111).

According to rumors, the Galaxy Tab 8.4, as well as the Galaxy Note Pro 12.2, which could be showcased in the 2014 CES, may be released by the end of February, with the new tablet sporting a 16GB storage.

With its release dates set early in the year, the said tablets have two events to watch out for -- the CES 2014 in Las Vegas, and the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

The new Samsung Galaxy tabs may just be the iPad Mini killers. According to IBT Australia, the specs of Samsung's tabs are to watch out for, some of which include sleek, sexy, and light slate design, the quad-core processing chip, larger screen, and a flash for the camera that boosts its capability in taking photos.

Also from Phones Review UK, the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is envisioned to include a faux leather backing. There is little else known about the new tablet, but the website thinks that the concept design "looks pretty good and Samsung could do a lot worse than to produce something that looks like this for the real deal."
