Warner Bros. has released news stills in anticipation of the "Godzilla" trailer.

The stills show Aaron Taylor-Johnson ("Kick-Ass") and Bryan Cranston ("Breaking Bad") on the set of the film. Additionally, the studio released a couple of viral videos with blurry images and showing chaos around a city.

The recent release is the latest in a number of viral videos and pictures the studio released during the summer. In anticipation for Comic-Con in July, Warner Bros. launched a website and released articles about the events that happen in the film.

During Comic-Con, the film made waves with director Gareth Edwards revealing that he would try and honor the 1950s version of the monster. He stated, "We went through all of the previous Godzillas [for inspiration]. We did hundreds of designs. I wanted to experiment with everything. We're making this film in partnership with [Godzilla franchise owner] Toho Studios, so they had signoff on a lot of the designs. The way I tried to view it was to imagine Godzilla was a real creature and someone from Toho saw him in the 1950s and ran back to the studio to make a movie about the creature and was trying their best to remember it and draw it."

The new movie tells the story of a giant radioactive monster called Godzilla who appears to wreak destruction on mankind. "Godzilla" also stars Juliette Binoche, Sally Hawkins, Elizabeth Olsen, David Strathairn and Ken Watanabe. The trailer is slated to be released on Tuesday and will be shown in front of "The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug."
