Real Madrid will look to lock up the top spot in Group B of the Champions League when it faces Galatasaray Wednesday.

Los Blancos lead Group B with 10 points in four matches and only need one point to clinch first place. Unfortunately, the team will be without superstar Cristiano Ronaldo who has scored eight goals in the four matches, including a hat trick against Galatasaray in Madrid's 6-1 thumping of the Turkish giants back on Sept. 17. Ronaldo suffered an injury during Saturday's match against Almeria and could be out as long as three weeks.

"After X-ray tests carried out today on our player Cristiano Ronaldo by Real Madrid's medical services, an injury in his left thigh was detected," the statement by Real Madrid read. "[His return to action] depends on the evolution of the injury."

Galatasaray currently sits in second place in the group but the team is in dire need of a victory to fend off threats from Juventus and Copenhagen. The team sits in second place with only four points from a win and one draw.

Player to Watch: With Cristiano Ronaldo absent, Real Madrid will be counting on Gareth Bale to step up and show that he is not a supporting player but can in fact be the main man for Madrid.

Prediction: Galatasaray will be the desperate team and it is likely that Madrid plays a more subdued game on Wednesday. Expect a 1-1 draw.

Start Time: 2:45 p.m. EST
