Chelsea and FC Basel will face off in the Champions League on Tuesday.

The English side currently leads Group E with nine points in four games and has clinched third place in the group. FC Basel currently sits a few points back with just five in four games and is in desperate need of points if it hopes to classify for the knockout rounds.

The two sides met back on Sept. 18 in a game that saw Basel comeback from a 1-0 deficit and pull off a shocking 2-1 win at Stamford Bridge. The Blues are well aware of the embarrassment that the team imposed on them in that match but they are prepared to get back and earn a win on the road.

"It was not a good feeling to lose against them [Basel] at home -- so, no revenge, nothing, not at all, but to try to win against a team that beat us at Stamford Bridge I think is important," said Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho, according to ESPN.

Since the loss, Chelsea has been in complete control of the group. The team destroyed Steaua Bucharest 4-0 on the road before earning two 3-0 wins over Schalke 04 in the successive matches.

Basel fell 1-0 against Schalke in its second match before drawing 1-1 with Steaua Bucharest in two straight games; the latter matches against the Romanian team were essential to win for the club to have any chance of qualifying for the knockout rounds.

Prediction: Chelsea wins 1-0.
