Ahead of Apple's fifth-generation tablet's debut, Logitech has released covers for the new iPad Air.

Logitech announced four new accessories for the lighter and thinner iPad Air. The accessories include the Logitech FabricSkin Keyboard Folio, Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Cover, Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Folio and Logitech Folio Protective Case.

According to Logitech, the four iPad Air accessories are aimed to protect the tablet and its 9.7-inch Retina Display from accidental bumps, scratches, and spills.

"We've carefully designed these new products to perfectly complement the aesthetics of the new thinner and lighter iPad Air," said Logitech's Vice President and General Manager of Mobility Mike Culver.

Starting with the Folio Protective Case, the cover is available in black, purple, red, and white color options with a starting price of $49.99.

The Ultrathin Keyboard Cover is available in black, gray, and white and will cost the consumer $99.99.

The $99.99 price tag continues for the Ultrathin Keyboard Folio, however, it can be purchased with a red color option as well.

Finally, the FabricSkin Keyboard Folio is offered in black, red, and yellow for $149.99.

The tablet accessories, although it varies, include the option to change the iPad Air's position, rechargeable, and Bluetooth connection.

"From integrating a comfortable view stand in our folios to delivering Logitech's superior typing experience in our keyboard products, we've paid close attention to every product detail in this lineup," added Culver. "Even the color and size of the new Ultrathin Keyboard Cover perfectly match the size and external colors of the new iPad to deliver beautiful protection iPad users expect and appreciate from Logitech."

The iPad Air accessories are expected to launch in select countries in Asia, Europe, and the United States in November but are available for pre-orders.

According to Apple's official website, the 16GB iPad Air will cost the consumer $499, the 32GB model is priced at $599, $699 for the 64GB model, and $799 for the 128GB variant. With cellular data, the 16GB model cost $629, 32GB model is priced at $729, $829 for the 64GB, and $929 for the 128GB variant.
