The Air Jordan XX8 SE and the Jordan CP3.VII, the seventh signature shoe of Los Angeles Clippers superstar Chris Paul, made waves in the sneaker market in October.

In November, the Jordan Brand is expected to make a lot of noise once again, not only with their impressive new models of shoes, but also with their popular retro sneakers.

One highly-anticipated model that is scheduled to arrive at retailers next month is the Air Jordan 5 Retro "Laney" edition, which will make its return in the sneaker market.

Officially listed as the White/Varsity Maize-Varsity Royal-Black colorway of the retro model, the model was last seen in 2000. According to Sole Collector, this edition was inspired by Laney High School, which is Michael Jordan's high school in North Carolina.

The shoe, which features a white leather-based upper part with maize and royal blue accents, will be released on Nov. 2 in different Nike retailers for $170.

Aside from the "Laney" edition, the AJ 5 Retro will also hit shelves in what is dubbed as the "Oreo" edition or the Black/Cool Grey-White colorway of the retro model.

Considered as JB's Black Friday special offering, the shoe features a black suede upper part with white inner lining and midsole, while also sporting an impressive speckling on the "shark teeth" area of the sneaker. This edition is scheduled to arrive at retailers on Nov. 29 for $170 as well.

Meanwhile, as part of its 2013 Doernbecher Freestyle Collection, Nike will also release a "DB" edition of the Air Jordan 10 Retro on Nov. 9. Nike has yet to release the pricing details.

This impressive-looking AJ 10 Retro was designed by 12-year-old Daniel Pena, who is a patient at the Doernbecher Children's Hospital. This edition is different from the other editions of this retro model because it is the first Air Jordan 10 that has a clear outsole and a customized "DP" logo as a tribute to Pena.
