As the rumored Nokia Lumia 1520 is set to debut soon, specifications for the latest device has been leaked on Twitter.

According to @evleaks, who has become notorious for revealing information about upcoming Windows Phone devices, the Lumia 1520 will have a six-inch screen with 1080p.

If the 6-inch screen size is proven accurate, the Lumia 1520 would become the largest Windows Phone gadget to date. As Neowin noted, the Samsung Ativ S currently holds the title of largest Windows Phone display with 4.8-inches.

The spoilers didn't end there.

Allegedly nicknamed the "Nokia Bandit," the Lumia 1520 will sport the Snapdragon 800 processor and utilize 2GB of RAM for its 16GB and 32GB internal storage models.

The Lumia 1520, according to @evleaks, will allegedly have a 20-megapixel rear-facing camera.

The Nokia Bandit device will reportedly be available in black, white, and yellow color variants. WPCentral Editor-in-Chief Daniel Rubino previously noted that the phablet would be available in black and red in addition to the white and yellow report.

Finally, the Lumia 1520 might include a 3,400mAh battery capacity.

As Latinos Post reported, the Lumia 1520's price might be $299 when signing a two-year contract with AT&T, and $699 when purchasing the gadget off-contract.

Nokia is set to have an event on Oct. 22, but it is unknown if it's for the Lumia 1520.
