From the way things are going, the Nexus 5 might just unveil itself if Google doesn't announce it soon. New leaks help firm up the phone's specifications as well as give insights into the possible price for the device ahead of its October release.

A recently-leaked service manual for the Nexus 5 spilled the smartphone's guts all over the Internet, and a new report from Gadget Helpline seems to validate the specs listed.

According to screenshots from an unnamed Gadget Helpline source, the Nexus 5 sports a 4.96-inch 1080p Full HD display, 2GB RAM, and an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with autofocus. The CPU will indeed be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at over 2GHz, and for graphics buffs, the Nexus 5 should come equipped with the powerful Adreno 330 GPU, allowing for OpenGL 3.0. The Nexus 5 will apparently release in 16GB and 32GB models.

All of this lines up with previous reports, and while Google hasn't confirmed anything, it's safe to say the final Nexus 5 will look similar to this setup.

In other Nexus 5 news, website PhoneArena seems to have received a tip revealing the pricing scheme for the Nexus 5. According to the tip, the 16GB model will cost $299, while the 32GB variant will come with a more powerful battery and run $399. The pricing is similar to how Google marketed the Nexus 4, with the 8GB at $299 and the 16GB at $249 (the batteries were the same in both, however).

Google is expected to announce the Nexus 5 smartphone in mid-to-late October, and the device should be in consumers' hands before the end of October.
