During one of his speeches related to the victims of the weather events that severely affected Mexico, Ingrid and Manuel, the Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto made a mistake when he confused the Gulf of Mexico with the Pacific Ocean and the Pacific Ocean with the Atlantic Ocean. It should be mentioned that this is not the first time the Mexican President makes a mistake like this in his speeches because once he said Monterrey (capital of the northern state of Nuevo Leon) was a state.
