On Thursday night's upcoming episode of "Grey's Anatomy," Arizona will make some outward changes to make it seem like everything is a-ok.

But fans who tuned in last week know that Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) and Callie's (Sara Ramirez) marriage is far from ok. Last week, Callie outed Arizona's illicit affair to their colleagues.

In Thursday's episode, titled "Everybody's Crying Mercy," Arizona will don a new haircut and dress to try to feign happiness, but Cristina will see right through it. In a clip from Thursday's episode released by The Hollywood Reporter, Owen (Kevin McKidd) will also recruit Cristina (Sandra Oh) and Arizona to try to figure out how to fix the hole that was left in the hospital by the super storm.

Two board members will also get an earful from Owen, who wants the hospital's new owners to create a plan that will help pay for the storm damage instead of waiting for an insurance company to come through.

Owen ends up having a heated argument with Arizona after hearing a barrage of excuses from the doctor. Cristina then attempts to comfort Owen, but has second thoughts.

"We can't be alone together," she tells him, before abruptly exiting.

Upcoming episodes will also feature more of Alex (Justin Chambers) and Jo's (Camilla Luddington) budding passion.

"They're sort of juvenile in their can't-keep-their-hands-off-each-other-ness," Justin Chambers told TVLine at the drama's 200th episode party. "They've got a lot of growing up to do. And I think that we'll keep playing with that because it's fun to watch. What they do for a living [as doctors] is so serious, it's nice to lighten up and have fun."

"It's a new relationship, and with new relationships come a lot of bumps," Camilla Luddington added. "It's not easy for them."

Chambers said that his relationship with Jo could finally be the real thing. "It could be," Chambers said, "but that's a writers thing. As the actor, you're thinking one thing, and then they'll turn it around on you. We're as surprised as the audience, at times, with what direction the story goes."

But it won't be all kisses and flirting for Alex. This season, he will also have to deal with his abusive, drug addict father, played by James Remar ("Dexter").

"Jo wants to be very supportive - she's trying to be there for him and be a good girlfriend," Luddington revealed. Yet, she says that the strained relationship is "very tricky."

However, Jo can commiserate with Alex because she also went through the foster care system.

"Jo's going to be there to kind of pick him up and tell him to get on with it," Chambers said. "He's dealing with somebody that has the same sort of background that he's had, and that should deepen their relationship."

"Grey's Anatomy" airs on Thursdays at 9 p.m. on ABC.
