"Dancing with the Stars" Announces Cast's Pro-Pairs

"Dancing With the Stars" has unveiled its celebrity and pro pairings for its 15^th season.

When the ABC reality dance competition airs once again on Monday, September 24, it will do so with a host of past celebrities and even some new ones from the show's past.

Season three champion and football star Emmitt Smith will return to dance with Cheryl Burke. Season 12 runner-up Kirstie Alley will return to dance with Maksim Chmerkovskiy. Season 11's Bristol Palin will make a return with partner Mark Ballas. Also returning will be Melissa Rycroft with her season eight partner Tony Dovolani. Season four's Joey Fatone of N'Sync will come back to dance with Kim Johnson.

Olympian Shawn Johnson, who won season eight with Ballas, gets a new dance partner in three-time champ Derek Hough. Singer Drew Lachey, who won it all in season two, will dance with Anna Trebunskaya and actor Gillese Marini will be paired with Peta Murgatroyd. Both Lachey and Marini danced with Burke in their respective seasons.

Other returning celebrities include racecar driver Helio Castroneves who will dance with Chelsie Hightower. Season four winner Anton Ohno gets a chance with Karino Smirnoff.

Actress Pamela Anderson will dance with Tristan McManus and Kelly Monaco, the first ever winner of the show, partners with Valentin Chmerkovskiy.

A thirteenth contestant will be announced on August 27 on "Good Morning America." The contestant will be chosen from a fan ballot and the current contestants are Disney Channel alum Kyle Massey, Cheetah Girl Sabrina Bryan, and style guru Carson Kressley. The vote is open until August 24.
