AC Milan will visit a struggling Bologna on Wednesday in the Italian Serie A.

Both teams have heard plenty of bad news in the last few weeks. Bologna was recently put up for sale by its owner Albano Guaraldi.

"The club is for sale if somebody serious and reliable presents an offer which would cover all of the money I and my partners have invested -- my investment is around €11 million," Guaraldi said, according to ESPN. "I can confirm that I do receive a salary as president of Bologna, but this often only covers the mortgage on the hotel in Carloforte which was left over by (previous president Sergio) Porcedda and has turned from being an asset into a liability. Right now, I honestly would not know how to win back part of the fans."

The team has failed to pick up a single win in its four games and has accumulated a total of two draws and two losses.

Meanwhile, AC Milan is facing punishment for racist behavior from its fans.

According to ESPN, the team is "obliged to play one game with the area of the stadium named 'secondo anello blu' free from fans after some of their followers expressed an insulting, explicit and discriminatory chant towards an opposition player based on his origins three times (before the game, when the teams entered the field and in the 19th minute of the second half)."

On the pitch, things have not been that much better due a number of injuries and a recent suspension of star player Mario Balotelli. Milan has one win, two losses, and one draw this season in the Serie A.

Prediction: Milan wins 1-0.
Start Time: 2:45 p.m. EST
