The night started with WWE COO Triple H and Stephanie McMahon addressing the 10 WWE superstars that intervened on Daniel Bryan's behalf last week on Raw. The WWE's power couple scheduled The Prime Time Players vs. The Wyatt Family; Kofi Kingston vs. Alberto Del Rio; and Randy Orton against either Dolph Ziggler, Rob Van Dam or R-Truth, as voted by fans on the WWE App. For the main event, the 10 WWE superstars and Bryan would face The Shield in an 11-on-3 Handicap Elimination Tag match.

Match #1: World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio v. Kofi Kingston (non-title)
Del Rio worked Kingston's arm - slamming it against the ring post and barricade - throughout the match. Kingston missed a cross-body, which Del Rio took advantage and tapped out Kingston with Cross Armbreaker for the win.
Winner: Alberto Del Rio via submission

Renee Young was interviewing The Miz, who was demanding a match with Randy Orton after "The Viper" laid him out in front of his family on last week's Raw when they were interrupted by Triple H. The COO demanded The Miz host his Miz TV segment, despite his injury last week at the hands of Randy Orton, and interview The Big Show.

Match #2: The Wyatt Family (w/ Bray Wyatt) v. The Prime-Time Players
Luke Harper leveled Titus O'Neil with a vicious clothesline for the pin before Bray Wyatt attacked Darren Young, hitting Sister Abigail as Young tried to protect his fallen tag-team partner.
Winner: The Wyatt Family via pin

The Miz held his Miz TV segment with The Big Show and it did not turn out well for the Awesome One. The Miz questioned the giant on why he knocked out his hero, Dusty Rhodes, trying to get him to join the rebellion. Stephanie McMahon intervened, calling The Miz a "utility player" in the pecking order of the company and then ordering The Big Show to drop him with the WMD, which he did.

Match #3: Randy Orton v. ???
Rob Van Dam was chosen by the fans to battle Orton, which ended in a double-count after Orton disregard the referees count and destroyed Van Dam. First, Orton tore the padding off the barricade and back-dropped Van Dam on the exposed metal rail before slamming him into the steel steps. "The Apex Predator" finished RVD with a hanging DDT off the top turnbuckle before retreating to the locker room. Van Dam's fortunes turned for the worse when Del Rio came to the ring and cinched the Cross Armbreaker on RVD.
Winner: Double-count out

Match #4: Fandango (w/ Summer Rae) v. Santino
Santino was on the verge of hitting Fandango with The Cobra when Summer Rae jumped onto the ring apron to buy her dance partner time to hit Santino with a suplex and an off-the-rope leg-drop for the pin.
Winner: Fandango

CM Punk's celebration was his hometown Chicago crowd was interrupted by Paul Heyman, who taunted Punk by claiming that Heyman himself was the best in the world, having beating pinned Punk at Night of Champions with his hands tied behind his back. Punk attempted to get his hands on Heyman, but was double-teamed by Intercontinental champion Curtis Axel and Ryback. Punk battled hard against both foes but was eventually bench-pressed through a table by Ryback, who told the Straight-Edge Superstar, "This is what happens to bullies."

Match #5: WWE Divas champion AJ Lee, Alicia Fox Aksana, Layla, & Tamina v. Natalya, The Bella Twins, & The Funkadactyls
AJ tried to get out of the match earlier in the night, telling Stephanie McMahon she did not trust anyone on her team. McMahon ignored her demands and the match went on as scheduled. AJ ended up taking a Brie Bella Facebuster and getting cleanly pinned by the Total Diva.
