Tottenham Hotspur will look to win its first game of the Capital One Cup when it takes on Aston Villa on Tuesday.

Tottenham is one of the top teams in the Premier League thanks to winning four of its five matches; every victory has been a clean sheet. The lone defeat came against Arsenal, the team that currently sits atop the Premier League.

The most surprising aspect of the streak is that Tottenham looks better this season than it did with former superstar Gareth Bale in the lineup on an almost weekly basis.

"Most of the games, we have created 10 or 20-plus chances so I am not worried," said Coach Andre Villas-Boas, according to The Daily Mail. "Last year with two strikers, we left ourselves exposed a little bit. We have more consistency throughout and play better football. We are able to control the games."

Tottenham will face an Aston Villa side that will look to win without top striker Christian Benteke; the Belgian suffered an injury this weekend in a 1-0 win over Norwich City.

"I think he's not too bad,'' Aston Villa Coach Paul Lambert said, according to ESPN. "I think he's actually slipped, I think that was the initial injury but we'll see how he is."

Benteke was replaced by Libor Kozak who promptly scored his first goal of the season.

"I was delighted for Kozak to come on and score his first goal and that's why we brought Libor here, we needed some back up just in case Christian got injured,'' added Lambert.

Prediction: Tottenham pulls off a big 2-0 win.
Start Time: 2:45 p.m. EST
