Atletico Madrid will look to sustain its perfect start to the 2013-14 season when it takes on Osasuna on Tuesday.

Los Colchoneros have put together five wins in five matches this season and are currently in a tie with Barcelona for the top spot in the Spanish League. The team opened its season with a 3-1 win over Sevilla FC. A week later, Madrid pulled off a 5-0 thrashing of Rayo Vallecano before taking down Real Sociedad 2-1. In week four, Atletico Madrid blitzed Almeria for a 4-2 win before defeating Real Valladolid 2-0 on the road. An interesting factor in this matchup will be the lineup that Coach Diego Simeone chooses. Madrid has a crucial derby match against Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu on Saturday and will likely want to rest its top players against an Osasuna side that is struggling to compile points. Moreover, the team has a Champions League date with FC Porto on Oct. 1 and will want its players to be ready for the game after the clash with Los Blancos.

Diego Costa currently leads the team with five goals this season. Striker David Villa got off to a hot start but has cooled off in recent matches; he only has two goals in the Spanish League this season.

Prediction: Expect some key stars to get some rest, making this match a bit more difficult for Atletico. However, Los Colchoneros should prevail in a 1-0 win.
