9:36: Diane Carroll, a four time nominee for the Emmys, presents an award to Kerry Washington.

9:29: The award for Outstanding Reality Competition Program goes to "The Voice". This was the second straight year that "The Voice" has been nominated.

9:25: Host Neil Patrick Harris performs a small number half-way through the Emmy's.

9:17: The tribute for Cory Monteith (Finn Hudson in "Glee") is given by fellow co-star Jamie Lynch.

9:15: Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama series goes to Anna Gunn from "Breaking Bad"

9:13: Outstanding Writing of a Drama Series goes to Henry Bromell. He passed away earlier in the year and his wife received the award in his place.

9:11: Host Neil Patrick Harris' co-stars make a joke of his four-time Emmy hosting jobs with a classic HIMYM "intervention."

9:03: Douglas and Damon also present the award to Outstanding Actress in a Miniseries or Movie to Laura Linney ("The Big C: Hereafter"). Linney was unable to accept the award.

8:55: Michael Douglas and Matt Damon take the stage to present the first performer of the night: Sir Elton John.

8:49: The tribute for Jean Stapelton (Edith Bunker in "All in the Family") is given by an emotional Rob Reiner.

8:48: The Emmy goes to Jim Parsons from "The Big Bang Theory," who wins for the third time.

8:46: Jimmy Kimmel and Sofia Vergara present the award to Outstanding Actor in a Comedy Series.

8:44: Melissa Leo presents the award to Outstanding Directing in a Comedy Series to "Modern Family" Gail Mancuso.

8:40: Margo Martindale and Will Arnett announce the winner to the Outstanding Guest Actor (Bob Newhart in "The Big Bang Theory") and Actress in a Comedy Series (Melissa Leo in "Louis").

8:38: The Emmy goes to Julia Louis-Dreyfus of "Veep," who has won four Emmys and has been nominated 16 times.

8:36: Jon Hamm and Alec Baldwin present the Emmy for Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series.

8:30: Robin Williams is up next to present the tribute to Johnathan Winters, who passed away this year. Winters is perhaps best known for "Mork and Mindy," where he starred with Williams.

8:28: The award goes to Tony Hale of "Veep."

8:27: The Deschanel sisters, Emily and Zoey, present the award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series.

8:25: "30 Rock" writers Tina Fey and Tracey Wigfield win the Emmy for Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series.

8:23: LL Cool J and Malin Akerman take the stage to present the award for Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series.

8:18: The award goes to Merritt Wever of "Nurse Jackie."

8:16: The night's first presenters Tina Fey and Amy Poehler take the stage to present the award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in Comedy Series.

8:12: It looks like Harris is getting some help by past Emmy hosts, including Conan O'Brien, Jane Lynch, Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon.

8:07: The Emmys kick off with a skit by the always funny host Neil Patrick Harris.

The 65th Primetime Emmy kick off tonight at 8 p.m. CBS. Latinos Post will be live blogging the awards, along with photos of the show and all its glamourous stars. This year's award show will be hosted once again by "How I Met Your Mother" actor Neil Patrick Harris, who will be joined by a star-studden list of presenters.
