West Ham United will look to end its scoreless drought when it takes on Everton on Saturday in the English Premier League.

West Ham has gone three straight Premier League games without a single goal; in its first game of the season, the team defeated Cardiff City 2-0.

One of the main reasons that the team is struggling is due to the absence of Andy Carroll. The forward suffered a foot injury and will be out for an undetermined period of time.

"There's not many people like Andy Carroll, no-one's like Andy Carroll, maybe Rickie Lambert, maybe, but I think they're a bit different here and there," said captain Kevin Nolan, according to ESPN.

"I have played with Andy Carroll for a year and a half and we get goals. It is a well-known fact in the Premier League - you only have to look at our stats together -- that's because we are a force together and no-one can stop us. In my eyes, when we go on the field, I always feel either one of us is going to get a goal. It's something that I have got to learn to do with others and I have before."

Everton currently sits in ninth place on the table and is looking for its second win of the year; the squad has compiled one victory and three draws in its first four matches.

Prediction: Everton may be on the road but it is a superior team and will score against the struggling West Ham United.

Start time: 10 p.m. EST
