As Latinos Post reported, the Lumia 1520 might have a screen size of 6 inches with 1080p resolution.

If the 6-inch screen size if proven accurate, the Lumia 1520 would become the largest Windows Phone gadget to date. As Neowin noted, the Samsung Ativ S currently holds the title of largest Windows Phone display with 4.8-inches.

Additional alleged features for the Lumia 1520 include 3,400mAh battery capacity, Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, and 32GB of internal storage.

In what might be a new development on the device's launch date, @evleaks tweeted on Twitter that the Lumia 1520 could debut on Oct. 22. The new date falls closer to the usual launch period of for Windows Phone devices, between October and November, such as when the Lumia 920 launched for AT&T.

According to a report from WPCentral in July, Nokia scheduled an event for either Sept. 26 or Sept. 27. Although the initial speculation was for Nokia tablet to be introduced, the date was later thought to be for the Lumia 1520.
