Despite the rough patch Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom seem to be experiencing in their marriage, the couple continues to uphold a brave front in the public eye.
The 29-year-old reality TV fixture was spotted earlier this week looking sleek and stylish during her first day of filming season 9 of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" in L.A. She was adorned in a cinched jumpsuit, lace-up platform boots, blue Hermes bag and sunglasses. However, her most glaring accessory was her wedding ring, which she sported in wake of the rumors of Odom's drug abuse and reported marital affairs. [See photo.]
"She doesn't want to talk about it, which is characteristic," a friend of Khloe's recently told Us Weekly. Although the socialite has been tweeting and Instagramming vague messages of empowerment as well as cryptic messages, the insider said that she is "honeslty stronger than everyone thinks."
Late last month, Odom was arrested on the suspicion of driving under the influence and is rumored to have checked himself in and out of rehab for substance abuse.
On Tuesday, Odom denied having a drug problem or issues with Kardashian.
TMZ spotted the NBA free agent leaving Teru Sushi in Studio City and asked him how was doing. In response, Odom retorted, "How do I look?" When asked if he has a drug problem, Odom replied, "Nah."
Odom was relaxed and laughing as he walked to a car. As for his marriage, when asked if he'd spoken to Khloe Kardashian, he laughed and said: "That's my wife. Of course."
TMZ reporters also asked him what team he'd like to play for this fall, to which he replied, "Anybody that's a fan."
