The world will be watching as Brazil and Portugal face off in an international friendly on Tuesday.

Brazil is coming off a terrific 6-0 win over Australia in a friendly match that was seen as a litmus test for both nations ahead of next summer's World Cup finals. While Australia looked out of its depth throughout the game, the Samba Kings were dominant in every possible way.

Coach Luis Felipe Scolari was so thrilled by the result that he praised a number of his players including Ramires and Bernard.

"He is agile, fast and can be used either as an attacking midfielder or defender," Scolari said of Ramires, according to Gulf News.

Regarding Bernard, Scolari said, "He was great. He can play on either the right or left-hand side with excellent tactical awareness. He is gaining points and cementing his place in the team."

Brazil will face a tougher challenge in Portugal. The European Seleçao is still looking to clinch its spot in next summer's competition and is coming off an emotional 4-2 win over Northern Ireland. The match not only represented a major rebirth for the club, but also featured a tremendous clutch performance from Captain Cristiano Ronaldo. CR7, as he is often called, put together a hat-trick in the final 22 minutes of the game; he only had one goal in seven previous qualifiers.

Prediction: Brazil and Portugal draw 2-2 in Boston.

Start Time: 9 p.m. EST
