Nokia launched a new advertisement for the Lumia 925 ahead of the Windows Phone 8 smartphone's AT&T debut.

The new advertisement titled "Nokia Lumia 925: Don't let the darkness ruin your photos" also took a jab at Google's Android mobile operating system.

In the 45-second video, at 0:03 into the advertisement, a picture frame is shown with an Android-like figure.

Another subliminal Android reference was made a second later with a man holding what could represent the Key Lime Pie version of Android.

The purpose of the advertisement, however, was to note the Lumia 925's ability to take pictures despite low-lit conditions.

The Lumia 925's features include a 4.5-inch display with 1,280x768 pixels and a 2,000mAh battery capacity for the 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor. The Lumia 925's wireless connections include the latest Bluetooth and NFC technology. The maximum standby time is 440 hours and just over 12 hours of talk time on a 3G network.

As Latinos Post reported, AT&T will add the Lumia 925 to its Windows Phone 8 collection. The mobile carrier already sells Lumia devices such as the Lumia 920 and the Lumia 1020.

The Lumia 925's price with AT&T will be $99.99 when signing a two-year contract. AT&T is also offering the Lumia 925 under the AT&T Next plan that allows the consumer to pay $21 per month instead.

Meanwhile, T-Mobile already offers the Lumia 925 at $0, up front, but with 24 monthly payments of $22.
