Labor Day weekend is in full swing and in the City of Angels, there are still a host of parties, events and other fun ways to celebrate.

At Hyde Beach, dancing, an outdoor grill and live DJs will be rocking the house at the Hyde Beach Takeover of Gladstone's. The party takes place from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., and is available to the public for a cover charge of $30, $400 to $3,000 for VIP treatment.

Monday also is the last day to catch one of the largest arts and music festivals in Southern California, Fiesta Hermosa. Jewelry, photographs, paintings and more from over 300 artisans will be on display at the festival, along with tribute bands to legendary groups such as Led Zeppelin and the Eagles. The festival takes place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at downtown Hermosa Beach west of Manhattan Avenue between 14 and 10 Streets. More information on the event can be found here.

Music superstar Jason Mraz will also be rocking the house at the Santa Barbara Bowl in Santa Barbara, Calif., where the Mechanicsville, Va., singer can be caught singing hits such as "I'm Yours" and "I Won't Give Up". Concert info and tickets can be found here.

The 84 Annual Oceanside Labor Day Pier Swim also offers people a chance to cool off from the scorching heat of the late summer sun. An annual tradition, swimmers celebrate the end of summer with a one-mile swim course that takes place at Oceanside Pier - Lifeguard Tower 1. And for those looking to end things with a bang on Tuesday, head on down to Los Globos at Silver Lake, where the Labor Day Weekend Recovery Party. Drinks, dance and house music will be flowing for anyone looking to keep on partying. Los Globos can be found at 3040 West Sunset Boulevard.
