Time passes. That's how we evolve. It's how we live and it's how we die. Although a manmade concept, it drives our planet's entire existence. Unfortunately, it tends to pass quickly, especially when life is enjoyable. The summer is now almost over, and there's no turning back.

On the bright side however, that means that the return of "The Hunger Games" is right around the corner. "Catching Fire," the second installment of the epic series, hits theaters in November and fans couldn't be more pleased. Summer may be over, but there's always a silver lining, as Jennifer Lawrence knows well.

But remember that time passes quickly. Soon November will have come and gone, leaving "Catching Fire" as a piece of the past.  Luckily, "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay" will promptly follow. As production on Parts 1 & 2 begin, "Hunger Games" diehards are already looking ahead to the future, and the future looks bright.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, "Game of Thrones" star Natalie Dormer has joined the "Mockingjay" cast for both installments. Dormer plays Margaery Tyrell on the HBO series and will take on the role of Cressida, a director who joins the rebellion, in "The Hunger Games."

"Mockingjay: Part 1" will hit theaters November 21, 2014. "Part 2" is set to open the following November in 2015. But first, fans have to get through the harrowing journey of "Catching Fire," which arrives November 22.

"The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" begins as Katniss Everdeen has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark. Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a "Victor's Tour" of the districts. Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) - a competition that could change Panem forever.
