MobileFun.com is offering three covers of the low-cost iPhone, coined as the "iPhone 5C," for $22.99.

The three covers are the same, but feature three different colors. The "ITSKINS Zero 3 Lightweight Case for iPhone 5C" is offered in black, blue, and white.

According to ITSKINS, "The Zero 3 case is designed to provide elegant slim protection to your iPhone 5C, this [black, blue and white] thin lightweight case adds virtually no bulk to your iPhone 5C."

"With the Zero 3 less really is more, this case is lightweight and almost invisible," added ITSKINS' description. "Measuring only 0.3mm in thickness and only weighing 3g, the unique Zero 3 case is the barely there case for your iPhone 5C. This ensures that the iconic Apple aesthetic is complemented, and the added bulk is not noticed when the phone is in your pocket."

As Latinos Post reported, Apple may be working on a special debut event Sept. 10 for the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C. However, a new report stated Apple might go for an October release date. PhoneArena, via TechManiacs, has provided an Oct. 25 release date for the iPhone 5C and iPhone 5S.

Reports added that the low-cost iPhone might resemble the iPhone 5. According to Apple Insider, the low-budget device is expected to have a 4-inch screen, front-facing FaceTime camera and a home button. The back of the rumored device will have a rear-facing iSight camera, microphone and singular LED flash.

Apple has not commented on launch or release dates for the rumored device.
