According to Snapdeal, the Lumia 625 will be available during the "5th Week of August," while Flipkart noted the device was "Coming Soon."

Flipkart has not offered a price for the Lumia 625 but is allowing consumers to insert their email for future notifications.

At Snapdeal, the Lumia 625 is priced at Rs. 1,000 for consumers who want to pay in advance. The device, however, as of Aug. 17, is listed as "sold out" at Snapdeal.

Similar to Flipkart, Snapdeal is allowing people to enter their email for future notifications on the Windows Phone 8 device.

The Lumia 625 is Nokia's first device to have a 4.7-inch screen size. Despite the larger screen size, the Lumia 625's pixel resolution is lower compared to the Lumia 920 or Lumia 1020 with 800x480 and 199 pixels per inch.

The low display resolution figures aside, the Lumia 625 sports 5 megapixels for the rear-facing camera with 2,592x1936 pixels. The front-facing camera has Video Graphics Array figures, which means a resolution of 640x480 pixels.

When it comes to memory, the Lumia 625 has 8GB for internal storage model with 512MB of RAM. A microSD card slot is included for an additional 64GB of storage.

The wireless connectivity for the Lumia 625 includes Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0, and microUSB version 2. Unlike most Lumia devices, the Lumia 625 does not have NFC.

With a battery capacity of 2,000mAh, the same as the Lumia 920 and Lumia 1020, the Windows Phone 8 smartphone offers up to 15.2 hours of talk time when under a 3G network.

According to Nokia, the Lumia 625 will have a suggested retail price of €220 before taxes, which is approximately $291 USD.

A U.S. release date has not been disclosed, but Nokia announced the Lumia 625 will start to sell in Africa, Asia Pacific, China, Europe, India, and Latin America by the third quarter of this year.
