Singer Ricky Martin has released a video for his latest single "Come With Me," after his succesful run as a coach on the Australian version of "The Voice."

"The video is a celebration. We shot it in Miami a day after I went to the Premios Juventud; it was recorded in 24 hours. The concept of the video is a Latin party. The video is: let's sing, let's have fun. Latinos are always looking for an excuse to have party," Ricky told Univision program "Primer Impacto" where the video was premiered in a Skype interview from Puerto Rico where the singer is taking a vacation.

The clip was directed by Grammy nominee Carlos Perez and was produced by Roger Ubina, who has worked with other talent such as Mariah Carey, Nicki Minaj and Chris Brown.

Martin also confirmed that he will be a part of the 2014 Brazil World Cup but did not give many details on what extent will he be involved in the upcoming soccer event. The Brazil World Cup has garnered large expectations among Latin Americans because the tournament has returned to the continent after several years.

"I am about to launch an album and then I will go on tour. Then we will be in Brazil for the World Cup," the singer added in his televised interview with "Primer Impacto."

Ricky Martin has already been involved in a past World Cup. In 1998, the singer sang the theme "La Copa De La Vida" for that year's Cup, which took place in France at the pinnacle of his career. The song became a worldwide hit and launched Martin's prominence to an even larger worldwide scale.

Ricky Martin was born in Puerto Rico and first rose to prominence as part of the group Menudo. He went on to be an actor in the 90's in Mexican telenovelas and later launched his career as a global singer with worldwide hits like "Livin La Vida Loca."

Recently, Mexican model and TV host Rebeca De Alba, who dated Martin for several years before he came out of the closet, made headlines by saying that the singer has had an "ungentlemanly" attitude in the last few years and that she would decline any proposal to interview him.

Martin has already announced a tour in Australia for the fall of 2013.
