Kourtney Kardashian has found herself in a lawsuit involving her 3-year-old son and possibly a love triangle.
A male model named Michael Girgenti has claimed that he and the 34-year-old reality TV personality had unprotected sex after they met on a photo-shoot in August 2008 and that he is the father of her son Mason. Girgenti has filed paperwork in Los Angeles County Superior Court this week in a bid to get joint custody of the boy, according to TVNZ.
However, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star insists there is no way Michael is Mason's real dad because they never had sex.
An inside source close to Kourtney told RadarOnline.com, "She did not have sex with that model. This whole thing is so ridiculous. She thinks it is stupid and it really isn't true." The source also added that "Kourtney knows who the father of her son is and it isn't this guy."
Nonetheless, Michael is fighting for the judge to order DNA tests for Kourtney, Mason and her long-term boyfriend, Scott Disick.
The couple has yet to comment on the allegations, but Kourtney's attorney, Todd Wilson, told TMZ, "This individual has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason. Scott Disick is Mason's father."
Wilson added, "We have not seen the reported court filing, but we are informed that this individual has been seeking to get paid to publish his ridiculous pleading. His claims are absurd and this is simply another shameful attempt to gain publicity and profit from fictional stories about my client."
Kourtney and Scott also have a 13-month-old daughter named Penelope.
A hearing has been set for next month.
