Nokia Lumia 925 Release Date, Price in India and Specifications: Pre-Orders in India for Rs. 33,999, Coming Late August [Video]

While Nokia has yet to announced the Lumia 925 for India yet, the Windows Phone 8 smartphone is appearing on a number of websites.

According to Flipkart, the Lumia 925 is set to have a price tag of Rs. 33,999, which is approximately $560 when converted to the U.S. dollar.

A specific release date has not been disclosed but Flipkart noted the estimated date is the fourth week of August.

The website is also accepting pre-orders of the Lumia 925 with a one-year warranty for the smartphone and six months for the accessories within the device's box.

Flipkart is also offering a free Blaupunkt Bluetooth headset worth Rs. 1,326 for free as part of an exclusive pre-order deal.

The Rs. 33,999 price tag is valid for the black, gray, and white models.

As Latinos Post reported, India's HomeShop18.com also noted the Lumia 925 would launch at the end of August. The price for the Lumia 925 or its payment options was not disclosed, but HomeShop18 offered the same a one-year manufacturer warranty for the smartphone as Flipkart.

In the U.S., the Lumia 925 is priced at $0.00, up front, with 24 monthly payments of $22.

The Lumia 925's features include a 4.5-inch display with 1,280x768 pixels and a 2,000mAh battery capacity for the 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor. The Lumia 925's wireless connections include the latest Bluetooth and NFC technology. The maximum standby time is 440 hours and just over 12 hours of talk time on a 3G network.
