Apple has launched the fifth beta update for its upcoming mobile operating system, iOS 7.
The latest beta update was sent to registered developers on Aug. 6, a week after the Cupertino-based organization rolled out the fourth beta version.
One of the most notable changes seen within iOS 7 beta 5 is the new Settings icons.

According to Apple, the fifth beta includes "bug fixes and improvements."
As 9to5Mac noted, the update features new icons for Twitter, the option to disable Control Center while in apps, easier Camera swipe access while on the lock screen, and new power-off slide.
A video (see below) by Nick Pomes shows how the new power-off slide works.
"iOS 7 Beta 5 includes a new Power Off slider that is similar to the Answer Call slider introduced in Beta 4. It is not edge-to-edge anymore, but rather slightly rounded at the edges. It's a very minor change, but still, it's a change," Pomes notes.
Another video by Jeffrey Lewis features the new notification banner pull, which displays alerts.
Apple confirmed iOS 7 during the keynote speech at the Worldwide Developers Conference on June 10. The final product of iOS 7 is expected to rollout this fall.
By visiting Apple's Developer webpage, people can download iOS 7 beta, as long as they have an iOS developer account, which cost $99 per year.
