With the release of Android 4.3, manufacturers have been scrambling to deal with consumers asking "when will we get it?" Some, like Sony, have given concrete answers, while others, like Samsung, have simply sidestepped the question, creating more frustration.

Samsung Galaxy S3 owners have been waiting for concrete details about when their next Android update will be arriving after multiple storylines have created confusion. Will it be Android 4.2? Will it be Android 4.3? Will we have to wait until November? The South Korean electronics manufacturer has dodged the heart of the issue time and time again, and here's what Galaxy S3 owners had to say about that in response to a previous Latinos Post article detailing Samsung's dubious public comment.

"Come on -_- I didn't pay for this phone to stick to one version the whole time I have this phone. I got it for 2 reasons. 1. A bigger screen and 2. Quick upgrades. Now give us the upgrade already." — Annoyed.

"I am a Samsung Galaxy S3 user and definitely this is my LAST SAMSUNG device. I am going to switch to another phone manufacturer. rest in pieces samsung..." — Radu

"Had my S3 for a while and getting fed up with continual "update available soon"/"update delayed" stories! I will certainy be considering a Google branded device next time rather than another manufacturer. Its a shame becuase the S3 is a good phone, I just wish one of the manufacturers would make swift updates their 'thing'..." — HeMan.

Luckily, there are still in the Samsung camp who don't seem to mind.

"I don't gripe about updates because there are so many custom roms on this phone out there that make this phone rock. And the development on this handset is nice!" — Sammie Neely.

"Its so much irritating though.. but i'll still be waiting for next update.. i wont be switching to any other brand.. samsung is the best! — Ameek Gupta.

The lesson to be learned? Companies would do well to respond swiftly with little rhetoric to their public, no matter how much profits were the last quarter. Also, not everybody's into ROMS.
