Ronaldinho and Brazilian club Atletico Mineiro made history by winning the Copa Libertadores against Paraguayan side Olimpia.

Olimpia entered the match with a 2-0 aggregate lead. Atletico needed a 2-0 win to force extra time and did just that. The two sides went to the penalty shootouts where Ronaldinho's club emerged victorious; the championship was Atletico's first.

Ronaldinho joins and exclusive club of players that have won the Copa Libertadores, FIFA World Cup and UEFA Champions league. Other players include Dida and Cafu.
