Warner Bros and Legendary Pictures continued to build buzz for their new "Godzilla" reboot by revealing a new poster.

The studio revealed a gray poster that shows the monster's tail covered in fog. It also showcased helicopters hovering over the monster. The poster comes a few days after the studio revealed a red poster with destroyed buildings in the shape of the monster and a post on its viral site.

Legendary launched a viral campaign with articles that stated that the monster was coming and has already been encountered by scientists. The studio also posted a video diary with director Gareth Edwards promising fans that Legendary would surprise them at Comic-Con.

The company has already stated that the new film will be more faithful to the original Japanese film than Roland Emmerich's 1998 version. Warner Bros. will promote the film during its Comic-Con presentation on Saturday and will reveal new footage.

Legendary will also produce the "Godzilla Encounter," a museum and theme park attraction, outside the San Diego Convention Center to create even more hype and anticpation.

"Godzilla" tells the story of a giant radioactive monster called Godzilla that awakens from its sleep to wreak destruction on its creators."Godzilla" stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Kick-Ass), Elizabeth Olsen (Martha Marcy May marlene), Juliette Binoche (The English Patient), David Strathairn (Good Night and Good Luck), Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad), Ken Wattanabe (Batman Begins), and Sally Hawkins (Blue Jasmine) and is written by Max Borenstein and Dave Callaham. Warner Bros and Legendary Pictures will release it on May 16, 2014 nationwide.
