Amanda Bynes was back in court Tuesday for allegations that she threw a marijuana bong out of her 36th floor Manhattan apartment window. Following her recent questionable behavior, the star wore a long aqua wig to the brief court appearance, which she paired with false eyelashes and black sweatpants.

While the hearing lasted just a couple of minutes, the 27-year-old star attracted a mass of photographers and media outside the criminal court building in lower Manhattan. Bynes did not address the public outside the court, nor did her attorney say anything. But according to ABC News, the star did seem to acknowledge the crowd that gathered for her.

"She was a bit fidgety and seemed to be mumbling a little, but at one point she turned around to look at all reporters there to cover her latest dilemma," ABC noted.

According to CNN, the star was required to make an appearance in court Tuesday just so the judge could schedule another pretrial hearing. Bynes is facing three misdemeanor charges related to the bong incident in May.

On May 23, officials at Amanda's Manhattan apartment called police after seeing the star allegedly rolling and smoking a joint in the apartment lobby. When officers went to her apartment, reports say they saw heavy smoke and a bong on the kitchen counter.

"They said she tossed the bong out the window in front of them, according to prosecutors. A day later, in her first court appearance, she wore a disheveled blond wig," Yahoo! reported.

Bynes' next court appearance will be on Sept. 26.
