Summer is upon us, and while it is a time to enjoy to sun and warm weather, those same elements may drive some gamers into their nice AC-cooled living rooms to enjoy some video games instead of getting sunburned. In honor of the changing seasons, Latinos Post bring you the Top 5 Games to look forward to this summer.

5. Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection (PS3) - What's better than playing one or two Metal Gear Solid games? How about 8 games spanning the series' whole history? Anybody looking to catch up on the series in time for Metal Gear Solid 5 can do so with this one purchase.

4. Splinter Cell: Blacklist (PS3, PC, Xbox 360, Wii U) - This returning franchise will allow players to embrace the series' trademark stealth gameplay...or go ahead and tear through enemies like tissue paper. Either way, it should be a lot of fun.

3. Pikmin 3 (Wii U)- Nintendo is putting much of their hope on the shoulder of these cute little plant critters, and Pikmin seem up to the task of helping keep the Wii U relevant. The game also gets bonus points for allowing sadistic players the chance to drown the cuddly little guys as much as they want.

2. Madden 25 (Xbox 360, PS3, PS4, Xbox One) - Though much of the attention has been focused on the next-gen version of this game, the current-gen version is out August 27, just in time for football season to kick off.

1.  Saints Row 4 (PS3, Xbox 360, PC) - This game might as well be called "Chaos Simulator 4: Dubstep Edition." The game will allow players to mix wacky weaponry such as a head explosion gun with superpowers in an open world being overrun by aliens. If that does not sound like a fun time I don't know what is.
