Spidey fans are still waiting for an official trailer for "The Amazing Spider-Man 2." Production is well underway, and although the premiere isn't until next May, it seems like the natural next step. With a slew of cast footage and behind-the-scene footage, however, it's not even necessary. As the summer rolls out, more and more action from the set helps appease Spidey fans as they wait for the release of the first official trailer. They've seen the movie's most beloved characters in full costume and makeup, as well as some exciting NYPD chase scenes, and this time around, there's even more.

A series of recent photos from the set feature Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield) springing into action as he saves a helpless yet stylish Gwen Stacey (Emma Stone). Not only that, but the photos also show Paul Giamatti chumming it up with Garfield as they strut around set. Stone is also seen in her full hat and gown at high school graduation. Check out all of the photos here.

A recent video also features Gwen's graduation speech, where she shares some inspiring words with her fellow students as she looks ahead into the future. "I know we all think we're immortal. And we should feel that way. We're graduating. The future is and should be bright. But like our brief four years in high school, what makes life valuable is that it doesn't last forever." As MTV points out, this could clearly serve as a foreshadow to Gwen's rumored death that could very well take place in "The Amazing Spider-Man 2."

In a recent interview, Stone touched upon the possibility of her character's death in the Spidey sequel. "Essentially the argument is that Spider-Man kills her by accident," Stone told SFX Magazine. "So the person she loves is the person who kills her, which is the most horrifying thing. Apparently people unsubscribed to the comic book when that happened because they were just so flipped-out over it. But of course, I want to stay true to that."

"The Amazing Spider-Man 2" will hit theaters on May 2, 2014.
